Today's post is about my AMAZING realtor, Chris Nowak!!

Chris was referred to be my by cousin, also Chris, and has worked SO hard to help me in my search to finding my perfect house!!

Chris wrote a little bit about himself as well:

Year 2015 was a big year for me in that I decided to make a drastic career change.  I have worked in accounting and corporate finance for most of my post-collegiate life and I finally decided to follow my dreams and take a big risk in pursuing a more personally rewarding career.

I am now working full time as a real estate agent partnered with Keller Williams.  This is something I have wanted to do for a long time.  My goals are simple:  To make a living working with good people and providing my clients great service.  I appreciate greatly the opportunity to work for myself and to help my clients through every step of the transaction.  Buying and selling real estate is likely the biggest financial transaction one makes and I want my clients to know that they have a strong agent in their corner to help make the transaction as smooth and profitable as possible.

Regularly, I lead workshops for real estate investors.  I am a real estate investor myself and with my financial background I know how profitable rental properties are.  My workshops provide information on how to determine the potential rate of return of the investment and how to implement best practices to maximize profitability, in addition to other valuable information.  New investors learn how to start building their wealth with rental properties and seasoned investors usually pick up some new ideas to improve their investments.   Sharing the benefits of investing in real estate is something I am passionate about.  The beauty is that real estate investments are often very profitable if done right.

I want my friends and acquaintances to think of me as their personal real estate professional.

Whether they:

• need a referral for a home repair

• have questions about lowering their property taxes

• want a free home price evaluation

• need to buy or sell a home

I am happy that I made the difficult decision to leave behind a steady and comfortable paycheck, as I love working as a real estate agent, even if I am still getting used to working on the weekends.
